    David from Cambridgeshire Asked

We are a party of 10 people staying at French Quarter, and arriving at Orlando Int. We were told to phone and book Magical Express transfers, when we did we were told that there was no availability at the time of day that we are arriving, can we book online

David, thanks for bringing your question to the Moms Panel!  We're more than happy to help!  Disney's Magical Express® is a wonderful complimentary service for all guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  I've always appreciated that it is a stress-free way to begin a vacation, especially in your case since you'll be arriving from an international destination.

The Magical Express Motorcoaches run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so there definitely shouldn't be any problem with availability, no matter what time of day your flight gets in. Typically you can book Magical Express online, but since you have a large traveling party, you might have difficulty. Try calling 0800 16 90 730 and asked to be transferred to Group Reservations- they should know how to handle your request.  Just be aware that all international arrivals need to claim their own luggage after clearing customs.  Then, you can take the train to the main terminal building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney's Magical Express is located in Terminal B, Level 1 (remember to have your MagicBands readily accessible).  The next step is you'll be whisked away to start your magical Disney holiday!

By the way David, you're going to love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter Resort!  The Mickey Shaped Beignets from Sassagoula Floatworks are on my list of favorite Disney snacks!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
