We have a party of 8-11 people going. Should each one have a My Disney Experience Account? All the dining and fast pass reservations are made already. Also if our dining party is less than what we reserved will there be a $10 penalty like a no show fee?

Hello Denise! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for a large number of Guests, it can often seem that My Disney Experience makes things so easy that you are sure you must be forgetting something.

In my opinion, planning through My Disney Experience is made easier by having one person control the FastPass+ Selections, Advanced Dining Reservations, and Theme Park Admissions altogether under 1 account. Since all of the facets of your trip are already planned, there is no need to create individual My Disney Experience accounts for each individual Guest unless they want to control some of the elements themselves.

This can often become a matter of "too many cooks spoiling the broth", however. I recommend that you keep it as it is for the upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation and create My Disney Experience Accounts at the beginning of planning for any future vacations for any individuals who want to participate in the planning.

While terms and conditions for Dining Locations vary depending on the location, the policy for many locations is that as long as at least 1 guest arrives for Advanced Dining Reservations, then parties will not be charged the $10 penalty for "not showing", no matter how many Guests are scheduled.

It is best to check the Terms and Conditions provided for the particular Dining Location you book. These are provided when you initially booked your Advanced Dining Reservations.

    Have a Magical Visit!
