Out of our party of 5, one is extremely overweight at almost 300 pounds. Are there signs on the rides and attractions with weight restrictions? We would hate to wait in line for a long time just to be turned away.

    Hi Cathy!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  Generally speaking, there are no weight restrictions on the rides at Walt Disney World.  However, a few of the ride vehicles might be difficult to enter.  Generally speaking, large guests sometimes have problems getting into the ride vehicle for the Sum of All Thrills in Innoventions in Epcot.  I've also heard of large guests complaining about trying to get into Dumbo in the Magic Kingdom, but that's about it.  There are weight restrictions on some activities outside of the parks such as horseback riding and parasailing.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
