We are a party of 10 coming in Nov. Have BWV booked and my ? is do you park right outside your villa? Will have many groceries. Also would like to stay closest to transportation any ideas of specific building to ask for? Thx.

    Hi Anne,

With the Boardwalk Inn, there is one main parking area for regular resort guests as well as Villa guests. Your best bet is to pull up to the main entrance and ask for a luggage cart so you can unload your groceries to bring them up to your room. Bell Services is able to assist you as well.

The Villas are all located in one building, attached to the regular resort. When standing at the front desk, you head right to go to the Villa section or left to go to the main resort. Essentially the rooms are all accessed via long hallways. There are two different transportation areas at the Boardwalk. One is the bus stops and the other is the boat dock. You'll use the boats to get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the buses to go to the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom. You'll head out the back of the resort to access the boats and out the front to get to the buses. Since there aren't separate buildings to request, and because the transportation can all be accessed by heading out from the main lobby, I would request a room that is close to the main lobby and / or the centrally located elevators. Please keep in mind that while Disney does do their best to honor requests based on availability, they are not guaranteed.

Hope his helps and have a wonderful vacation,
