We have a party of 4 adults (1 handicapped) and 2 children. How do we get access to Disney provisions for handicapped persons? Years ago, we had VIP tickets (no tour guide) that allowed us to move to the front of the line (side door)

    Hi Vera!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel. One of the things I love the most about Disney is the way they meet the needs of all of their Guests. Please take a look HERE at all the services they offer to those with disabilities. One of these services is the Disability Access Service. It is designed for Guests whose disabilities prevent them from waiting in regular lines. To use this service, simply visit Guest Services at the front of any of the Parks when you arrive to make your request. Keep in mind that your entire party needs to be present for everyone to be included on the pass. After receiving your Disability Access Service Card, a Cast Member will then schedule a return time for you and your party for an Attraction of your choice that is in line with the current wait time. Once you use that pass, you can go to a kiosk in the Park to receive another. We have a special needs son who has visited Walt Disney World with us many times. This service has been a lifesaver and has made it possible for him to enjoy the entire Disney experience.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you as you make your plans. Have a wonderful day!
