My partner and I want to take our family to DL to celebrate the holiday season. We are considering purchasing an annual passport and am wondering if we can decide when we get there and use our ticket towards the annual passport purchase?

    Hi Bernadette,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am very excited to know you're considering joining the Disneyland Resort Annual Passport family...yay!
The benefits and offers you get as an Annual Passholder are one-of-a-kind!
If you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort during the holidays, you will be enchanted by Magical details like a winter overlay at Sleeping Beauty's Castle, "it's a small world" holiday and the Haunted Mansion Holiday. Over at Disney California Adventure, it's Season's Speedings inside Cars Land with special holiday-themed attractions! Not to mention, the Disney Festival of Holidays will take you on a culinary journey around the world!
If you have a one-day Park ticket, it will be activated when you enter the Parks and you'll have until the end of the day to upgrade by applying the value of your one-day ticket toward the purchase of an Annual Passport.
If you have a multi-day ticket, you must upgrade on or before the last valid day of your ticket...it's as simple as that!
When you get to the ticket booth, make sure you have your valid theme park ticket, a photo ID, and the full payment for the difference in price between the theme park ticket and the Annual Passport.
    I hope this helps!
    Have a Magical Time!
