Have parkhopper passes from our last trip marked 'Any unused days may be saved for your next visit'. How do we use them when we are there in May? They r from 2001 and Im sure your entry process has changed. Also remind what parkhopper means.

    Hi, Roseanne!

You can use your unused days from previous tickets IF they were purchased with the "no expiration" option and have days remaining.  (Tickets with the "No Expiration" option are no longer sold, but any tickets previously purchased will still be honored.)

Your best option is to call (407)939-4357, and they can advise you on your ticket type and how to find out how many days remain. They will also explain the process to get a new ticket issued with the "RFID" chip needed for use at the Mickey touch points (used at the front gates and as your FastPass+ entry). Once they get your tickets figured out, you can then link them to your My Disney Experience account so you can make your FastPass+ selections (60 days prior if staying on property, 30 days prior if staying off Disney property).

If you also added the Park Hopper option to your tickets, this allows you to visit more than one park per day. So you can enjoy one, two, three, or even all four theme parks in the same day if you wish! My family usually enjoys one park in the morning, an afternoon break back at our resort, then nighttime fun at a second park. One day we will attempt all four parks in one day, but right now our record stands at just three!

Another option is to simply take your tickets to any Guest Services window when you arrive at Walt Disney World. Personally, I prefer to get all the details worked out prior to arrival at Walt Disney World, but if you prefer to do it all in person, you are welcome to do so.

I hope you find a whole bunch of unused days that you can enjoy during your Spring vacation in Disney. Good Luck!
