Which park is the busiest on Saturday and Sunday? Going over Memorial Day weekend this year, but we get there Thursday, so we're flexible and can avoid the busier days, if needed.

Hi, Leigh! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort will be here before you know it, so let's do some pixie-dusted planning!

As the unofficial kick-off to summer, Memorial Day weekend is a busy time in the Theme Parks. But hakuna matata, Leigh - you got this! In my experience, Magic Kingdom Park tends to be the busiest Park on weekends (especially Saturdays) as locals hop over for the day, so I'd hit that one early in your visit. In fact, I checked the Park Hours for that weekend, and Magic Kingdom has morning Extra Magic Hours on Friday. If you're staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you should definitely take advantage of this great benefit!

Resort hotel Guests can also schedule FastPass+ attractions up to 60 days out, which, based on your dates, is less than 10 days away! Go ahead and sketch out your must-do's now, and make yourself a note to hop on My Disney Experience and make your FastPass+ selections as soon as your window opens.

If you haven't already made dining reservations, you can do that now, too. And on days when you don't have reservations, try Mobile Ordering for quick-service meals. You order and pay right in your My Disney Experience app, then pick up your food without having to wait in line. It's a huge timesaver!

Leigh, I'm sure you'll have a magical time starting your summer at Walt Disney World. If you need more planning tips, please stop by and see us again. We're here to help!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
