Does our park admission ticket allow us to ride the bus or tram from the parking structures to the parks even if we are not parking in the parking lots?

    Hi Adriela!

The Disneyland Resort parking lot trams shuttle guests to the Downtown Disney District near the main entrance of the Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
These are complimentary tram rides generally reserved for guests that paid the parking fee at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and Annual Passholders who purchased a Passport that includes parking.
For the most part, guests staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel have a shuttle available at their hotel that transports them directly to the theme parks' main entrance plaza.
I'm not sure where you will be staying but I would suggest you check with the hotel to see if they offer free transportation to the parks.
On the other hand, I've heard of guests staying at neighboring hotels who say it's faster to access the parks by walking to the Mickey & Friends Parking structure and taking the tram from there. I don't think that would be a problem. Cast members don't usually ask for your parking ticket when you board the tram but I would certainly encourage you to check out your hotel's transportation options. You may be surprised at how much area hotels value the importance of getting guests to the parks through their own means of transportation.
    I hope this helps.
