What papers do you need to have when taking a grandchild on a cruise without his parents? Thank you

    Ahoy Patricia!
It is so wonderful to hear from you again!  I'm sure your grandchild can't wait to spend special time with you on your upcoming Disney Cruise!  Memories always make the best gifts, and many magical ones will be made on your sailing!
Since your grandchild is traveling with just you, a Minor Authorization Form will need to be signed by his/her parents before setting sail.  This form can be found on www.disneycruise.com when you are logged-in to your cruise reservation in the Planning Center. The form can be printed and signed and does not need to be notarized!  When you arrive at the port, you will present the form along with your grandchild's birth certificate or passport.
Thanks so much for stopping by again, Patricia!  Best wishes for a wondrous voyage onboard Disney Cruise Line!
    Have a magical day!
