Hi Moms Panel, I am planning our 2017 vacation and I have a gluten allergy. Do you have a list of Disney dining locations that have gluten free options? We will have the quick service dining plan. Thanks!

    Hi Tara!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My son has multiple food allergies, so I have a lot of experience accommodating allergies throughout each of the theme parks. In our experience, we have found that the Chefs and Cast Members throughout Walt Disney World Resort have always helped us ensure that my son has safe and tasty food to enjoy during our vacation. While menu options are always subject to change, there are generally many gluten-free options available throughout the theme parks and the vast majority of dining locations at Disney will be able to accommodate your allergy. Take a look at these tips on accommodating Special Dietary Requests to get some information on accommodating your allergy during your trip. If you would like specific information on gluten-free foods that may be available at each dining location, you can contact the Special Diets Team by emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. I have also used the Walt Disney World Resort section of allergyeats.com to get ideas about the best restaurants to enjoy while accommodating my son's specific allergies.

When you are dining, be sure to notify the Cast Member taking your order of your gluten allergy and ask for the allergy-friendly menus when you are ordering. These menus are a fantastic tool to help you find things on the menu that will working with your dietary needs and have made ordering allergy-friendly foods at quick serice locations much eaiser! Be sure to check out Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC at Disney Springs for tasty gluten-free treats. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
