    Hi Moms Panel! I will be traveling in August with some friends who have some non-experation tickets dating back to the 90's. Can we exchange those and add on to them at customer relations in Downtown Disney? Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer,

    Yes, the Guest Relations office in the Downtown Disney Marketplace should be able to help your friends double-check the remaining availability on their tickets and upgrade them with additional days, if necessary.

    There also are Guest Relations windows to handle these types of transactions outside each of the four theme parks, but using the one at Downtown Disney may be more convenient because you don't have to pass through security or pay to park to gain access to it.
