    Hi Moms Panel! I had a quick question about fastpass +. I have my tickets and reservations linked together in my account. My mom and I have 7day park hopper tickets. Why can't I make fastpass + ticket selections on my account? Please help! Thank you!

    It sounds like you're doing a great job learning how to navigate around the new MyMagic+ and My Disney Experience websites and planning tools. I've included a direct link that addresses some of the most common, Frequently Asked Questions pertaining to FastPass+. Visit the link and see if any of the tips there help you out.

    If you're still at a stand still, you may wish to contact a Cast Member directly by phone. There are some 'specialist' Cast Members on the MyMagic+ team who will be able to help you out, step by step, and get you all set up! Give one of them a call at (407) 939-4357.
