    Sara,

    Love helping with dining questions!

Here is 1 quick service and 1 table service recommendation for each park and Downtown Disney for you. Additionally I list a few resort restaurants.

    Magic Kingdom
Counter: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe
    Table: Liberty Tree Tavern

    Epcot
    Counter: Sunshine Seasons
    Table: Chefs de France

    Hollywood Studios
Counter: The food court on Sunset Boulevard
    Table: 50s Prime Time Cafe

    Animal Kingdom
    Counter: Flame Tree BBQ
    Table: Tusker House

    Downtown Disney
    Counter: Earl of Sandwich
    Table: Raglan Road

    Resorts
    Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge)
    'Ohana (Polynesian)
    Chef Mickey's (Contemporary)
    Sanaa (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
    Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge)

My favorite Dinner Show is the Hoop Dee Doo Review (Fort Wilderness)

    As for signature restaurants, here are a few favorites;
    California Grill (Contemporary)
    Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge)

With Epcot and the Disney Resorts there are just so many other choices than I can list here. Write me back with some ideas of what you like/dislike, including cuisines, character experiences, etc. Also let me know where you are staying, as that can help make some options more attractive. I can refine the ideas even more!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
