    Hello Panel! I'm embarrassed to ask this question, but..... Is it possible to call someone/somewhere to find out what "Discount Codes" may be "attached to my name" or were mailed to my home if I've accidentally thrown the paper away?!?!

    Danielle - oh my goodness!!!  I thought I was the only person who did this!  Whew!  Don't be embarrassed because I'm right there with you!

    You definitely can call a Cast Member at 407-939-7722 and check if a "Pin Code" is attached to your name and/or household.  I was able to take advantage of a nice discount code by doing this a year ago.  After I booked, I found the postcard from Disney in my mail pile.  But I'm so glad I was able to take advantage of the discount. 

    If there are no discount codes attached to your name, then check out the Special Offers page on Disney's official Web site to find current promotions.

    And don't ever be embarrassed to ask us a question.  We are Moms and Dads just like the other Guests!
