    Aleasha from MI Asked

Hi Mom's Panel! This is our first time visiting disney and my question is we are worried about getting lost, how easy is it to maneuver your way around the parks and getting from one place to another?

    Hi, Aleasha!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Getting around Walt Disney World can seem like a struggle, but it's actually quite easy!

While you are on vacation on Disney property, there are hundreds of Cast Members to assist you with any needs or questions. Cast Members wear name tags and are easy spot. Feel free to ask any of them a question, no matter where you see them! If you need directions or just need a question answered, Cast Members are always willing to help add a little pixie dust to your vacation.

Also be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app, which has a map of all the theme parks, a restroom locator, and Guest Services indicator.

A Guest Relations building or booth can be found in each theme park and Disney Springs. At Guest Relations, you can get assistance with dining reservations, annual pass sales, and any up-to-the-minute theme park news. Whenever you have a need in the parks, Guest Relations is available during normal park hours.

Last, just know that a Cast Member is always near, whether in the resort or the parks, to help you get around!

I hope this helps to ease your anxiety! If you have more questions about your upcoming trip, I would be more than happy to help you determine the best route for your family!

    Happy planning!
