Hi Moms Panel, My family purchased annual passes in October of this year. My question is this, how come my annual pass is on a thin piece of paper lighter weight than most business cards, yet we are supposed to keep it safe and useable for a year? thanks

    Hi Jennifer!

You can protect your annual pass by placing it in a plastic credit card sleeve or in one of the plastic lanyard card holders. However, if your card becomes ripped, dsmaged or worn, Walt Disney World will replace your card for FREE. So please don't worry about keping it fresh and new for a  year, they will be happy to replace your card.

Congrats on your annual pass purchase! I know you will have an amazing year of fun at Disney!

    Magically,
    Stacy
