Take a look at the Disney Dining Plan. You will see the list of participating restaurants in the Downtown Disney Area. Based on your criteria, I will recommend some favorite table service and counter service restaurants in order of personal preference:

Wolfgang Puck Café (Table Service)
Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant (Table Service)
Cap'n Jack's Restaurant (Table Service)
Planet Hollywood (Table Service)
Wolfgang Puck Express (Counter Service)
Pollo Campero / Fresh A-Peel (Counter Service)
Earl of Sandwich (Counter Service)
Cookes of Dublin (Counter Service)
