    Hi moms panel. I arrived home from my disney holiday a few days ago and found that a watch i bought from world of disney does not work. How do i go about getting this resolved?

    I believe Walt Disney World just changed their return policy to 30 days.  As long as you are within that time frame, I suggest contacting the Disney Merchandise Department.  You can call at 407-363-6200 or email them at  It helps if you still have the SKU number that is located on the price tag, so that they can identify the exact watch you purchase with ease.
