    Hi moms panel. I arrived home from my disney holiday a few days ago and found that a watch i bought from world of disney does not work. How do i go about getting this resolved?

    Hi Victoria,

    I believe Walt Disney World just changed their return policy to 30 days.  As long as you are within that time frame, I suggest contacting the Disney Merchandise Department.  You can call at 407-363-6200 or email them at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com.  It helps if you still have the SKU number that is located on the price tag, so that they can identify the exact watch you purchase with ease.
