    I paid for 5x14 day Ultimate Dis passes online last wk but sadly had to cancel our hol from the UK to Florida on Sat because my son has chickenpox. We hope to rebook for Oct. Can we still use our passes on that later hol?

    I am so sorry you have had to cancel your holiday, but I wish your son a speedy recovery and I hope you will be able to rearrange your holiday soon.

    Disney's Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days after first day of use for a 14-Day Ticket, but I am not sure if you bought these tickets as part of a package, or if you bought them separately.

    You may wish to call the Walt Disney World Travel Company, on freephone 0800 16 90 730 (from the UK) to clarify the date of expiry for the actual purchase you made.
