I have a package booked for myself, my husband and daughter. If my husband decides to to go what happens to our fast passes and dining once he is removed? Thank you in advance, Cindy

    Hi Cynthia,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm thrilled to hear you're planning another fabulous vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I hope your husband will be able to join you but it is a good idea to plan for what happens if he isn't able to make it.

I have had to modify many reservations to the Walt Disney World Resort and fortunately, it isn't too difficult. Depending upon when your husband's decision is made, you might be able to make all of the changes online. When online, go to the My Reservations section to make any changes. You could also try using My Disney Experience to make changes to your plans. If you are unable to make the changes online or on My Disney Experience, you may need to call to remove your husband from your reservations.

You can definitely cancel your husband's FastPass+ selections on My Disney Experience. When you look at the My Plans section, click on the FastPass+ selection you need to change. Click on Cancel but don't worry, you have to select Guests on another screen before any changes are made. On the next screen, Cancel Selections, you need to check the box beside the Guests you want to cancel then click on Continue. The Guests you selected Cancel for will be removed from the selection. It's that easy!

Advanced Dining Reservations can be a little tricky to modify using My Disney Experience. When you try to modify the number of guests on a dining reservation, My Disney Experience looks for a new reservation for the new number in your party. During busier times, a new reservation might not be available. I always suggest calling to change the number of people on your Advanced Dining Reservations. If you prefer, you can visit the Lobby Concierge at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and they can assist you with modifying your Advanced Dining Reservations. I have had issues when trying to add a guest to a reservation but it's been much easier when we had to make our party smaller.

Cindy, thank you for visiting us with another great question. I hope you will let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions.
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
