We’re in Orlando end of Feb and have a day at Epcot. My son is desperate to do the Frozen ever after ride! We are not staying at a Disney resort. What tips are there to getting on the ride without too much waiting for a 3 year old! Thanks

    Hi Laura,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have a Frozen-obsessed boy myself, so I hope I can give you a few tips to help you ride the amazing Frozen Ever After during your visit to Epcot.

First, if you have already purchased tickets, be sure you create a My Disney Experience account and link the tickets to your account. This will allow you to search for FastPass+ selections 30 days before your visit. Frozen Ever After is one of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, so you may find that no FastPass+ selections are available for the ride. My tip is: don’t give up! Keep searching in the app because you might get lucky.

Laura, if you’re not able to find a FastPass+ for the attraction, your best bet is to arrive at Epcot 30 minutes before park opening so you are through security and ready to head straight there at rope drop. Look at a map beforehand so you’re sure you’re heading the right way. If that doesn’t work for you, try getting in the queue 30 minutes before park closing.

If it’s being offered the day you’re visiting, one other option is the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party. Enjoy special Frozen-themed treats, a special viewing area for the Illuminations: Reflections of Earth fireworks show, and then you’ll be escorted to Frozen Ever After for your ride through Arendelle. “There’ll be magic, there’ll be fun” during this special VIP Frozen experience, and I know my little snow king would absolutely love it!

Wishing you some icy magic on your upcoming trip!
