Hi! Going to Orlando 4/6-4/11/13. Doing US for 1st time and DW for 2nd. Just want to see the main attractions at DW.Any suggestions on what days are best @ AK, MK, EP to beat crowds +will that week be busy?Is it worth it to stay at a DW resort those days?

Hi Brianne! Welcome  to the US soon....hoping it will be a magical vacation!

It is really a wonderful experience if you stay on property at Walt Disney World. You get "extras" such as the ability to enjoy the Extra Magic Hours in the parks. If you would like send me a note and I can recommend the different resorts.

The week before and after Easter is generally fairly busy in the parks. Your first 2 or 3 days might see longer lines but then it should taper off. Of course we never seem to know but I feel your timing will be good. If you add the park hopper option to your tickets you can enjoy the extra magic hours in the parks and then head to less crowded ones for the rest of the day. Crowd wise I would not hit Epcot on the weekend since they will be having the Flower and Garden Show and that brings in many locals at that time. I suggest Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios for weekend visits and hit the other two parks on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. You will have plenty of time to do each park for one full day and even head back to parks to visit again. Don't forget to take time in Downtown Disney for an afternoon or evening as there is much to see and do there. If the weather cooperates you also might enjoy one of the great water parks on property. With smaller children I suggest Blizzard Beach and with older children Typhoon Lagoon is the best.

Please remember that the main attractions will also be the most popular with the longest lines. Make sure you use the Fast Pass system for these to diminish your wait times. With the length of your visit you should be able to see and experience most everything! Enjoy and let us help with any further questions!
