We will be going in Orlando for 6 days and planning to go to Magic kingdom 2 days, one day to Hollywood studios and splitting the last day half Epcot and half AK. How do I buy the tickets? Do I have to do two transactions? A 3 day ticket then a hopper?

Hi Alma!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I'll be happy to help you with your Walt Disney World Resort ticket options.

If I am understanding correctly, you are planning on visiting one Theme Park per day for 3 days of your visit, and plan to visit more than one Theme Park (Park Hop) on one day.  Purchasing two separate tickets as you describe would certainly work, but that is not your best or most economical option.

Since you wish to visit Walt Disney World Theme Parks for four days, and you would like to Park Hop on at least one day, I think your best bet is to purchase a 4-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option.  This would be less expensive than purchasing two separate tickets, and would give you the opportunity to Park Hop on all four days of admission.  If you prefer to spend some of your days at only one Theme Park, you can do that too.  Often, even if I have spent the majority of my day in one Theme Park, I'll check the Park Hours and use my Park Hopper Option to visit another park that is open later, even if only to enjoy 1 or 2 attractions.

2019 is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort!  There is so much new to see and do.  Be sure to keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements regarding any special events that may be happening during your visit.

Feel free to visit the Moms Panel again anytime if you have additional questions.  Enjoy your visit!
