Mom and Child wearing Magic Bands

We were originally scheduled to visit Disney in October 2016. Because of the hurricane we moved our trip to spring break instead. We received magic bands for our original trip but have not received any for our new dates. Do we receive new ones?

    Hi Amy!

Great question! I am so sorry you had to move your vacation but as a Floridian I can assure you that it's not fun to be around during a hurricane! If you still have the same reservation confirmation number from October, meaning that you didn't cancel rather you changed the dates, you will use the MagicBands you received. If you cancelled the original reservation and booked a new one (with a new confirmation number), you should be able to go on to your My Disney Experience Account and select the new MagicBands associated with that reservation. If you just want to keep the ones you have, you can opt to decline the new ones. Hope this helps!
