We originally planned to drive to WDW (14 hrs) but are now considering flying. Does Southwest airlines participate in the Magic Express free transportation to pick us up from MCO? And where do you go when you get off the plane to catch it?

    Hi Peggy!

You can use Disney's Magical Express (DME) when flying Southwest Airlines.  That's my airline of choice when flying to my favorite vacation spot!  Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center is located on Level One in Terminal B (I like to think of it as the B side of the main terminal building) at Orlando International.  Southwest typically flies in to Terminal A.

So upon landing at your gate, you'll walk to catch a train to the main terminal.  Once you get to the main terminal, you'll be on the A side.  Simply walk to the B side and go down to Level One to the Welcome Center.  If you tag your luggage with the DME stickers and you arrive early enough, then your luggage will be automatically picked up and carried to your resort hotel.  However, you can also pick up your luggage yourself at baggage claim and bring it with you to the Welcome Center; if you want to pick up your luggage yourself, don't put the DME stickers on them!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
