    When ordering lunch on the touchscreens, is it possible to order a gluten free selection, or should I order face to face?

    Hi, Jaynee!

    That’s a great question. I experienced Walt Disney World’s touch-screen terminal system for the first time in December while ordering lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant, so I can tell you from first-hand experience that you can indeed order a meal that is tailored to your personal dietary needs or tastes. Using the interactive system, you’ll be able to view all the gluten-free menu items (and those that can be prepared gluten-free after certain modifications). 

    However, if there is a special dietary request not available via the automated system or you would feel more comfortable speaking to someone in person, there are always Cast Members on hand who would be happy to assist you.
