I ordered our tickets online, they came today. It says on the back of each plastic card/ticket “Refer to receipt for ticket name” How do I know what ticket is assigned to each person in our group?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michael!

If you ordered regular Theme Park tickets for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you’ll want to link them to the members of your traveling party through your My Disney Experience account (online or via the mobile app). Tickets are designated as “Child” (for Guests ages 3-9) or “Adult” (for Guests ages 10+), but you will determine which ticket goes with each person in your Party. Check your email confirmation for the Ticket ID numbers and designation of which tickets are for the kids and which ones are for the adults.

The same parameters apply if you ordered tickets to Special Events such as Early Morning Magic (Fantasyland or Toy Story Land), Disney H2O Glow Nights, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

As long as a ticket has not been used, you can also reassign it to another person on your Family & Friends list. Once a ticket has been used, though, it is no longer transferable or refundable.

After your tickets are linked in your My Disney Experience account, get ready to make those FastPass+ selections! Guests who are staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel can book their FastPass+ experiences up to 60 days in advance of their check-in, while other Walt Disney World Resort Guests can make their selections up to 30 days in advance.

Hopefully this information will help you get those tickets linked to the correct people in your account, Michael! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you prepare for your upcoming vacation.
