    Angel from MS Asked

Hi, we ordered our tickets a while back and also purchased Magic Bands through the Disney store. I've linked the Magic Bands, and the tickets are showing up in My Disney Experience. My question is...should I have ALSO received tickets in the mail?

Hi Angel! You’re a little more than a week away from your magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. How exciting! Here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, it’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your visit. Thanks for stopping by with your question!

When it comes to situations like this, your best bet is to have a copy of the e-mail you received when you purchased your theme park tickets and MagicBands from the Disney Store. A valid ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase would also be helpful. That way, if you have any issues at all, you have all the documentation you need to confirm your purchases.

There are friendly Cast Members at every theme park entrance with tablets, to help with any kind of ticket or MagicBand issue. You can always ask them for help if you encounter any issues while tapping your band to the Mickey sensor to enter the theme parks for the first time.

I don't think you will encounter any issues since everything is showing up on your My Disney Experience account. Since you have already linked your MagicBands and theme park tickets, you should be good to go!

Angel, I hope you will spend some time enjoying the beautiful scenery at Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival. It will be in full bloom during your vacation dates. I love checking out all the delicious bites at the outdoor kitchens and all the intricate topiaries are a feast for the eyes.

Don't hesitate to send us any additional questions.  Have a wonderful visit!
