If I use online check-in and we cannot make the trip for some reason, can I still have my money refunded? I did purchase the extra emergency ins. I don't want to use the check-in and be out of the money.

    Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Cancellation policies and fees vary depending on the type of Vacation Package you have booked. If you have a Room-only reservation, then you have up until 5 days prior to your Resort stay to cancel without penalty. If you have booked a Vacation package that includes Park Tickets and or a Dining Plan, then you have up until 30 days prior to your Resort stay to cancel without penalty. If you need to cancel after the 45 day time period, then there is a $200 cancellation fee.
Since you have purchased the Travelex emergency insurance then, should you need to cancel in case of emergency, you will need to file a claim and then will receive a full refund of your Vacation Package, even if you have used Online Check-In

I hope everything works out and that there is no need for you to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort visit!
Please come see us again should you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
