If only one or two members of our party of (9) cannot make it to a restaurant reservation will my credit card be charged for no-shows? I'm trying to coordinate reservations for multiple families traveling together....Thank you!

    Hi Tenley!

Traveling to Walt Disney World with a large party is a lot of fun, but can also take a lot of planning and coordination!

In the past. this has happened to me, and we were not penalized for having a smaller party than the reservation was for.  I try to let Disney Dining (407-939-3463) know as soon as possible if the numbers will be different, but sometimes it can't be helped and Disney understands.

Two weeks ago, my flight got delayed and I missed a lunch reservation with two friends.  They were not penalized for me not showing up either.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
