    Amy from CT Asked

One more ? Any suggestions for planning our days, keeping in mind my daughter is 3. Thinking of BBB in AM and CRT for lunch for 1st full day. Plan on doing parks in AM and nap in early afternoon. Curious to hear your thoughts. :)

Hi again Amy! I think your plan sounds perfect! Getting to the parks early and then returning to the resort to rest in the afternoon worked so well for my family when the kids were little, and we continue to follow that schedule now that they're older. If you arrive at the parks before they open, you'll be able to experience lots of rides and attractions with little to no waiting in the morning and the temperatures are generally quite pleasant in the early hours. When the crowds and the heat begin to increase around midday, we have a nice lunch and then return to our hotel for a swim. If you get a second burst of energy in the evening, you can revisit a park to see a parade or fireworks, although if your daughter is not a night owl, these evening activities may be better on a future trip when she's a little older.

I like your idea of visiting the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the morning and then having lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table. A meal in the castle with the princesses is a perfect way to celebrate your daughter's new look after her makeover! You may want to schedule a late morning appointment at the Boutique so you'll have time to ride attractions first thing in the morning when the lines are short, and then you can go to lunch straight after your the appointment with your newly-crowned princess.

The park calendars for May are not online yet, but once they come out, you'll be able to plan which parks you'll want to visit each day. If your daughter is not cranky in the early morning, you may want to take advantage of the early Extra Magic Hours at the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Your little princess is so lucky -- you're going to create some wonderful memories on this Mother-Daughter trip! Come visit me again if I can help you plan!
