Hi! One more question! The memory maker can be used by all members of my family that are linked to My Disney Experience correct? There are 10 of us, if we get on different boats on Splash Mountain they can scan their magic band for their photos to my MM?

Hello Pamela, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

I absolutely love the Memory Maker product. It allows me to enjoy unlimited downloads of all my wonderful vacation memories. You will enjoy making memories with your family and looking back on them for years to come.

To make sure that everyone in your “My Family and Friends List” is connected to your Memory Maker account you will need to confirm that they are sharing their PhotoPass Photos with you. Sign in to your account and make sure the box is check for any accounts that you manage. You will find this by clicking “update” next to their name on your list. Scroll down and click the “Disney PhotoPass Photos” box and then click save. For anyone who manages their own account, they will need to sign in online or in the My Disney Experience Mobile app. They should click on “update” next to your name and click on “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” to give permission to share their photos with you.

Through the magic of Disney, onboard ride photos and videos will appear in your PhotoPass account. Anyone from your group can have their photo captured by one of Disney’s PhotoPass Photographers and it will also appear on your account. Since you are the owner of the Memory Maker, this will allow you to crop, edit, download and share these photos with your family members and friends. Just remember to download your precious photos before they expire.

    Say cheese,
    Andrea
