Hello, the one dining reservation we were unable to get for our upcoming trip to Disney World was dinner at Be Our Guest. Is there any way to get notification if a reservation opens up on that date, or will I need to check it frequently myself? Thanks!

    Bonjour, Misty!

The Be Our Guest Restaurant, located in Fantasyland, is a very popular dining location for Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom. I've been lucky enough to dine at the Beast's castle for both lunch and dinner, but it's never been an easy reservation to secure as I've had to be very flexible with my days and times when reserving my spot. Unfortunately, the only way to know if something opens up is to keep checking as often as you can. I know my plans changed the last time we were suppose to eat there so I had to cancel my reservation a few weeks before. You never know when someone may cancel their dining plans, so I would keep trying all the way until your day at Magic Kingdom.

Dinner does offer a sit-down experience and an opportunity to meet Beast in his library, but I also encourage you to be open to another meal there as they do serve breakfast and lunch. And a perk to eating breakfast or lunch at Be Our Guest is the ability to pre-order your meal online up to 30 days in advance. Once you arrive, you'll be seated and your food will magically appear shortly after. You'll still get to enjoy the lovely ambience of either the Grand Ballroom or The Castle Gallery or in the mystifying West Wing with the magical enchanted rose during your quick-service breakfast or lunch.

Misty, I hope you'll be sprinkled with some pixie dust and a reservation at Be Our Guest will magically appear. Please let us know if you have any additional questions for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. As Belle would say, "bonne chance" or best of luck!
