    Debby from SC Asked

One of our costumes has shorts for the adult Pirate on Pirate Night. Is there any allowance made for dining on Pirate Night or are shorts still not allowed in the dining area. Also what about flip flops?

Debby, welcome aboard! Arrrrgh, Matey! It sounds like your family is going all out for Pirate Night on your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! That is one of my family's favorite nights too, and we love to dress up in our swashbuckling best! You're going to have so much fun!

The main restaurants on the ships have dining attire recommendations, but everything changes on Pirate Night. Shorts as part of your pirate costume will be fine! And if flip flops go with that costume too, go for it! You'll see so many unique pirate outfits, it's really a lot of fun. Be sure to have your camera ready because even Mickey and his crew get in on the fun of dressing up for Pirate Night! All guests will receive a Mickey's Pirates IN The Caribbean bandana to wear that night as well.

Have a wonderful time as you continue to plan, and stop back if you have any other questions, Debby! We're happy to help!
