    Heidi from NE Asked

Hi! Once we've used a fp+ and we go to select another one at a kiosk or with app can it only be for the same tier of the fp+ we just used? Thank you!

Heidi, you have asked a great FastPass+ tier question! When my daughter and I were at Disney's Hollywood Studios last weekend, we overheard several Guests confused by FastPass+ choices. Let's get you cleared up so you can FastPass your way to a magical Disney day!

When making your FastPass+ selections, the system is going to have you make three choices. If you are making selections for Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, then you will be choosing one experience from Tier 1 and two experiences from Tier 2. The experiences that are included in each tier at each park do change often, with seasonal offerings added frequently, such as a new Tier 1 offering at Epcot for Eat to the Beat Concerts during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Once you use all three of your FastPass+ selections, you can choose more experiences, one at a time, from any available tier. Note that at this time, you must make further selections at an in-park FastPass+ kiosk and they must be for experiences at the park in which you are currently located.

From the way you worded your question, I suspect you may be asking about making only one Tier 1 FastPass+ selection with no Tier 2 selections, and then attempting to make another Tier 1 selection at a kiosk. Unfortunately, the system will not allow you to do this. All three of your FastPass+ selections must have either been redeemed or expired for the day before you can make further FastPass+ selections from any tier. If you only select and then use a Tier 1 choice, when you go to a kiosk, you will only be given the option to make up to two Tier 2 choices.

I hope this helps you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Heidi. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
