Once an AP has been purchased, can you upgrade to a higher AP option?

    Hello Linda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your great question!

I’m a proud Annual Passholder! I love being able to come back to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” again and again!

I have wonderful news for you! Yes, you may upgrade to a Passport of greater value than your original Passport at the any time during your Annual Passport year. Please keep in mind that the expiration date of your current Annual Passport will not change so your upgraded Passport will have the same expiration date as the original. Also, the difference in price is due on the day you choose to upgrade. Visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booth and speak to a Cast Member to upgrade your Annual Passport.

If you upgrade to an Annual Passport that includes parking, you can be reimbursed for standard parking costs on the day that you upgrade. To receive your reimbursement, park in either Toy Story Parking Area, Mickey & Friends Parking Structure or Pumbaa Parking Area and, present your paid parking at the Main Entrance ticket booth at the same time that you upgrade your Annual Passport.

Enjoy your year of magical fun at the Disneyland Resort! Head back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Tiffanie, California

Greetings from San Diego, CA! I'm a wife, cat mom and Disney-loving "childless millennial." I've traveled all around the world, but my favorite place to visit is "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I've been going to the Disneyland Resort for over 25 years. Each time I step through the turnstiles to enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy, I feel the magic of Walt Disney's original park. I can't wait to answer your questions and help you experience all that the Disneyland Resort has to offer! Learn More About Tiffanie
