    Davina from MI Asked

Hi Moms!!!!! Omg! We leave in the morning on our way to wdw. The excitement is so real. Just wanted to know if having the magical express get our luggage a good idea even if we are not going good into the park on arrival day? Or should we just pick them u

    Hey, Davina!

Welcome back and let the magic begin! You will be at the most magical place on Earth in just a few hours! Whoop Whoop!

My family enjoys not worrying about our luggage when we arrive at the Resort! So, having Disney's Magical Express deliver your items to the room is just one more piece of the magic! Depending on your arrival time, your room may or may not be ready for you to relax in. Typically rooms aren't ready until after 3 pm, but sometimes Tinkerbell will sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on the Cast Members at your resort to allow them to have your room ready sooner than normal!

However, if your Resort room needs a little more time, not worrying about your luggage allows you to go ahead and experience the magic in the parks or at Disney Springs! Once your room is ready, you will get a text message, and you can go straight to your room without stopping by the front desk! Just use your MagicBand to open the door!

Each family is different, and if you prefer to take your luggage with you on Disney's Magical Express, you can do that too! If you have a late flight and know that your resort room is all ready for you, taking your luggage on the motorcoach just ensures that you can get into a fresh pair of Mickey Ears without waiting! Feel free to grab your bags at baggage claim and take your items with you on the ride!

Wishing you magic and memories on your Disney vacation that start TOMORROW!!!!
