What should you do with old Magic Bands from past years vacations

    Hi John,

I absolutely LOVE MagicBands! With five children, having everyone be able to safely hold on to their own park tickets and FastPass+ selections alone is a huge blessing.

But yes, you've asked a great question. Once you've returned home from your vacation, what should you do with these magical things? First off, let's think practically. The battery life will last around two years, and they are reusable, so I'd encourage you to hang on to them so that you can use them again on another vacation to the most magical place on earth! Once you're certain you're done with them, though, my friend Carrie points out that you may bring them back and recycle them.

Beyond the practical reasons for saving them, I've seen some super cute ways to enjoy them. Some people love using them as decor. Perhaps they frame some photos from their vacation and use the MagicBands as frames. I've seen shadow boxes with MagicBands, pressed pennies, and any other souvenirs on display. Some people make a wreath of them or simply display them on their desk at work to remind them of a happy memory. Other people prefer to use them for practical purposes, and use them as water bottle or wine glass markers, pet collars, luggage identification, etc. Your options are truly endless!

Whatever you decide to do, John, I hope that when you see them, the memories of your magical vacation bring a big Disney smile to your face!
