How old does a kid have to be to ride space Mountain without an adult

    Hi there, Ana!

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a wonderful time planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Children must be 7-years or older to ride any attraction alone, but for Space Mountain, they must also be at least 44 inches (112 cm) tall. If a child is under 7-years-old, they must ride with another Guest that is 14-years or older. I hope it works out and your child is able to ride as Space Mountain is one of my favorites!

Happy planning, Ana, and please come visit us again with any other Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions you may have.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
