I have some old disney Park hopper passes that I believe have some days left on them. Is there a way to find this out other than going to the gate. I would like to plan ahead if possible. Thanks for any info.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rachel!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about determining the amount of days remaining on your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

Rachel, the easiest way of determining how many unused and unexpired days remain on your theme park tickets is by visiting a theme park ticket window, Disney Resort hotel Lobby Concierge or Guest Relations location. However, I completely understand wanting to know this information in advance of your magical vacation!

If you wish to check the number of days remaining on your theme park tickets from home, please send an e-mail to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following:

    - A photograph or scan of the front and back of each theme park ticket
    - Your full name
    - Where and when ticket was purchased
    - Purchaser’s name and form of payment used to purchase the ticket
    - Phone number where you can be reached during the day

Please allow up to 14 business days for a response and keep your e-mail size, including all attachments, below 2 MB in size.

If you have any other questions before, during or after your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are all EARS!

    Wishing you an Unforgettable Vacation,
