Is it okay to fill up your water bottle with ice water at Quick service locations? Totally fine if it isn’t, I just don’t want to do it and be “that” park guest!

    Hi Anne!

Thanks so much for sharing this question (as well as all of your others) with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love how thorough you are being with your planning!!!

I'm so glad you asked about water! It's so important to stay hydrated! You absolutely can fill up your water bottles with the complimentary ice water provided by the quick service dining locations. We were at Walt Disney World Resort a few weeks ago and did this very thing.

You will simply get in line and place your order and/or ask for ice water. They will give you the number of cups you request and you can move to the side and refill your bottles with the cups they provide you.

As you are completing your packing list, I will tell you that we had the best luck with the double wall insulated water bottles. They kept our water cold and refreshing. You may want to be sure you can easily pour your cup of ice water into the mouth of your water bottle. My daughter has a bottle with a very small top, and it was cumbersome pouring the cups into her water bottle. We managed to get the water in but left much of the ice behind.

I'm sure you must be so excited knowing you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days!

Thanks again for letting the Disney Parks Moms Panel be a small part of your vacation planning! We appreciate you!

Enjoy every magical moment of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
