Hi there I have an odd question. But what kind of amenities do you have for people with disabilities? I have a rare vestibular disease called Labrythitis Ossificans which causes dizziness/blackouts and my oldest daughter has ASD but we want to visit.

Hi, Morgan!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Your question is not odd at all.  Many people, with many different types of disabilities, visit the Walt Disney World Resort every day.  My own son has autism, and I can tell you from personal experience that the Walt Disney World Resort goes above and beyond to make the magic accessible to everyone.

As you plan for your vacation, I would suggest you familiarize yourself with Walt Disney World Resort's Services for Guests with Disabilities.  When we visit with my son, we utilize Disability Access Service, which is intended for guests whose disability prevents them from waiting in a typical queue environment.  If you wish to see if Disability Access Service might be right for you or your daughter, you would need to speak with a Guest Relations Cast Member at one of the theme parks.  Various other services are also available.  For example, the Walt Disney World Resort provides accessibility for wheelchairs and electric conveyance vehicles (ECV) for guests with mobility disabilities.  If you have concerns that you would like to address prior to your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort or would like more information about Services for Guests with Disabilities, you may contact disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Morgan, I hope that you and your daughter will be able to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth.  I'm sending positive, pixie-dusted thoughts your way for a wonderful vacation experience!
