    Andrew from ON Asked

Can you obtain the DAC anywhere other than at the four main parks (ie. Disney Springs or the water parks)? Thx

Greetings, Andrew, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your question regarding Disney Parks Disability Access Service.

Andrew, at this time, to discuss and potentially obtain Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS), you will have to do so at any of the four Disney Theme Park Guest Relations areas where a helpful and knowledgeable Cast Member can assist you. If the Disability Access Service is deemed necessary for you or someone in your travel party, a photograph will be taken of the person needing the service and all MagicBands or Theme Park Ticket Cards will be associated or linked to the service. The Cast Member will then discuss how to effectively utilize the service, which can also be used along with your FastPass+ Planning.

Walt Disney World Resort continually strives to afford all Guests an enjoyable, memorable and inclusive visit and in that, may I offer Disney's services for Guests with disabilities for you to familiarize yourself in preparation for your visit.

Don't forget to customize and control your vacation before and during your visit through My Disney Experience online and mobile app for Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ Planning, personalizing MagicBands and much more!

    Best Disney Wishes!
