I noticed that the Fantasmic Dessert Party has two reservation times (8:00 and 8:20pm) for the same 9pm showing of Fantasmic. If you book the second time, are your seating options significantly diminished?

    Hi Amy!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Fantasmic! is one of my absolute favourite shows at Walt Disney World, and I have enjoyed it many times.  A great way to reserve your seat, and arrive with less waiting time than the regular stand-by line is by making reservations for the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience.  Seats in the reserved seating section are not assigned; you will choose your seats upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis, and once guest are seated, they will stay there for the duration, up to and including the show, so there will likely be more choice of seating if you select the earlier time.  Please note, however, that at whichever time you arrive (within the recommended guidelines) you will be seated in the VIP reserved section, and will always have a fabulous view, so you can collect your delicious dessert treats, relax and enjoy the show.

Another way to enjoy this show with VIP seating, without having to stand in line for long, is to book a Fantasmic! Dining Package - giving you the choice of three restaurants in which to dine during the day.  You will be given a seating voucher at your meal so you can enjoy your time at Disney's Hollywood Studios in the knowledge that you have reserved seating.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
