I notice that a lot of the menu items have creamy sauces.I can't eat things cooked in butter or with any cheese /cream sauces. Is it simple to ask for a dish to be serve without it?The dishes look so good but so many things seem off limits because of this.

    Welcome Aboard, Nicole!

Dining aboard the Disney ships is a unique experience, because you'll be assigned a dedicated service team that rotates through the restaurants with you each night. No matter which Main Dining area you're assigned for the evening, you'll have the same attentive, friendly servers taking care of all of your dining needs! You'll meet your service team on the first evening, and over the course of your cruise they will learn your likes and preferences. We love the personalized customer service that comes along with being a guest on a Disney Cruise!

Your dining servers will be more than happy to accommodate special requests, to make sure you have something you will enjoy. If you prefer your meals without the fancy sauces, just let them know and they can make it happen! Each night, as you look over the menu offerings, you can discuss options with your server and make any special requests. No worries, you're sure to find lots of delicious options that will work for you! My kids have sometimes wanted to order off the adult menu, and the staff was more than happy to leave off sauces or substitute sides to create a meal just for them.

Speaking of kids, you're always welcome to order off the Kids Menu if you see something that appeals to you! There are endless options when it comes to dining on a Disney Cruise vacation.

I hope this helps ease your mind about your menu choices! Please let us know if you have any more questions as you prepare for your cruise - we're happy to help!

    Have a Disney Day! - Diane W.
