We are not using the plane tickets from our Magic Your Way package, instead booking a flight on another airline. Can we still take the shuttle from the airport to the Music resort? Does it cost extra? Do we need to to have shuttle tickets ahead of time?

    Hi Heather!

Absolutely!  We usually book our tickets through Southwest, which is not currently offered as part of the Walt Disney World packages.  However, since you are staying on Walt Disney World property, you MAY take the FREE Disney's Magical Express Motorcoach.  Simply call 1-407-WDISNEY and let them know your flight information.  You will then be issued luggage stickers and a voucher for your entire party.  Before you leave for the airport, attach the yellow Magical Express stickers to your luggage and kiss them goodbye!

When you arrive at the airport, check them in and board the plane.  Once you land, head to the Magical Express desk, present your voucher and board the motorcoach.  You will not need to collect your luggage at Baggage Claim, as it will be picked up and delivered to your room.  It can take up to three hours to arrive in your room, so if you may want to pack your essential items in a carry on bag.  This is a FREE service for guests staying at a Disney resort - enjoy!
