Not sure of the cost of the dining plans. If we only want to eat at CRT/50's/T-Rex&CM and the rest QS, would it be more cost effective to get the QS dining plan, the standard dining plan or none at all, and pay out of pocket? Would be me,DH&DD's 8/

    Hi Victoria!

The quick service dining plan gives each person two counter service and two snack credits per night of your stay. Each person also gets a refillable mug to use for unlimited drink refills at your resort. The cost is $29.99 per night for adults and $8.99 per night for kids ages 3-9.

The regular dining plan gives each person one counter service, one table service and one snack credit per night. The cost of this meal plan is $39.99 per night for adults and $10.99 for ages 3-9.

Out of the restaurants you've listed, T-Rex does not accept the dining plan. Regardless of which plan you choose, you will have to pay out pocket for this meal. All of the others do accept the dining plan, but keep in mind that Cinderella's Royal Table requires the use of two table service credits per person. I usually don't recommend using the two dining credits at CRT. When you divide the cost of the meal by two, it usually doesn't work out to be the best use for those credits.

I'm not sure how many nights you'll be staying, so I don't know how many credits you would have should you purchase one of the dining plans. My advice would be to get a rough estimate of what the meals will cost you by visiting www.allears.net, selecting "Dining" at the top of the page and then looking over the menus to get approximate costs.

If you would end up having any table service credits left unused, I would not get the regular dining plan. Chances are you won't get your money's worth. I would probably go with the quick service plan and pay out of pocket for my table service meals.

I hope this helps! Please ask any further questions you may have and I'd be more than happy to help!
