We are not staying on Resort property but will be driving and parking in the parking lot. Will we still have the opportunity to ride the Mono-rail and the water taxi? Or is that only from Resorts to the park?

    Hi Theresa!
Transportation throughout the Walt Disney World Resort is complimentary to guests visiting the parks so you can certainly enjoy the Monorail, boat and bus services to get around. In some cases, using the Monorail is the only way to get to a park. For example, you will need to use the Monorail or boat service to get from the Transportation and Ticket Center (where you will most likely park your car) to Magic Kingdom Park. So enjoy the Monorail and boat rides which are absolutely part of the magic.
    Have a magical vacation!
