I am not staying on a Disney resort, but would love to purchase Magic Bands. Can I do so, and if I can can I do it ahead of time? Also, I have a nonticketed 2 year old can she get one also? Thanks!

    Hi Janelle,

Guests staying off-site are now able to purchase MagicBands. Prices can change, but currently they cost $12.95 plus tax. The bands must be purchased at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks and cannot be ordered in advance.

While your two year old won't need a MagicBand, I certainly understand that small kids often want to have exactly the same thing as everyone else in the family. You would be welcome to purchase a band for her, but it wouldn't be activated with any park admission tickets or FastPass+ entitlements since she is too young to need these.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
